Behind the Pattern: Linzer Cookies

After browsing the stores this season and admiring all the beautiful Christmas cookie patterns, I kept noticing something: none of them featured my favorites…Linzer cookies! They’re so elegant and timeless, with their delicate dusting of powdered sugar and those pretty cut-out shapes. I couldn’t stop thinking about how lovely they would look as a pattern.
